Quite a change since he found how to play hockey without the need to be a goon, I'm honestly quite surprised....

Wow.......what a game........talk about the lowest of lows and the highest of highs. What a way to win a game guys..........saving the best for the very last. And who da thunk it would be little old Brad Marchand who would seal the deal for Canada. What a tournament that little guy had. Sid is the MVP.......scored the most goals and has the most points.

I really thank the NHL and the NHLPA for bringing us the World Cup. Some of the best hockey I have seen in a long long time. Those NA American kids!!! Team Europe! - a bunch of guys from different countries with one hell of a coach and a helluva lot of heart.

Well done all.

Oh and Mike Babcock becomes the most decorated coach in the history of hockey........not bad for a guy who grew up in Saskatchewan.

His team-mates also speak highly of him. I am truly happy for Brad. Hope this is a turning point for him in his career, now that he knows he can contribute without resorting to his previous deplorable behavior.
