*traduct me please*

Lol! Juste des farces!

Et vous, parlez de votre club!

Simple: I want all Canadian teams to be popular and financially stable... but the Leafs should win the Stanley Cup (I can dream can't I?).
:D

Yea, Sharkull, you can dream, but that doesn't change the fact that it's not gona happen :P

I don't really think my favourite team, the Montreal Canadiens, have a real shot this year, but I think that maybe in the next decade or so the Habs have another Dynasty in them. It all depends on if Crosby decides to go to Montreal when he becomes a free agent, because I hear thats always been his dream, or if he decides to stay with Lemiuex and the Penguins.

Les Habs vont ganger le Coup Stanley...eventually. They should at least make the playoffs, which usually means they'll get into the second or maybe third round, especially if Boston is involved. I don't think Gainey needs to make many changes right now, they have great youth (Ryder, Robiero, etc.). Theo will stay no doubt about that.

Edmonton is always fun to watch and I, along with the rest of Canada, was a Flames fan hardcore for their cup-run. I, too, hope all Canadian teams remain financially secure and hope the lock-out will result in death of some American teams so the talent isn't so spread thin and I don't have shake my head every time I scan the sportspage and see the South East division. It should be named the The Gary Bettman Afront to the Canadian Game division...or something like that.

And we await the return of teams to Winnipeg (the Winnipenguins?), Quebec City and any other place we can put them.

The Leafs will have a pretty successful season, bringing about that old historic TOfan saying "ITS OUR YEAR!" and then go out to the Flyers in the second round, resulting in that other historic TOfan saying, "WE WAS ROBBED!" They will then complain that Lindros, Leech, Thomas and whatever other old-time allstars/hospital patients were unfairly hit or penalized and that's why refs and the league are against Canadian hockey.

That should get the ball rolling. hehehehehe.

We havn't traded at all... But I'd trade Garon for that chick (If she'd put some cloths on shudder) because she's fat enough toio block all shots.

You're right. The Habs should have been out there selling their youth for some 40 year olds. I mean, if we've learned anyting from the Leafs its that reactionary trades to get guys with grandkids and serious physical injuries only results in dynasties. Hence their recent Cup win. Oh wait..............

Oh, crap, I miss this banter. Give it good, Leaf fans.
