am proud to be a Moncton Wildcats fan.

The Wildcats and their organization have shown in their playoff run that there is still class in hockey.

Too bad Patrick Roy cannot say the same thing.

Patrick tried to use his status in hockey in taking unofficial time outs and bullying refs. To give him some credit his temper tantrums work on occasion.

He also made it on TSN and Sportsnet more than any other coach in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League with all his arguing and crying with other coaches and refs.

Great example for our youth Patrick!

Then you look at Mr. Robert Irving and Ted Nolan along with their staff. They built a true team from day one.

They take them on team functions, building team spirit, and have them involved in the community.

Ted Nolan and the coaching staff did not make excuses for any loses. They just came out harder and better next game.

Last game (game 6) did it for me with Patrick Roy - he could not even come and shake the hands of the coaching staff of the Moncton Wildcats.

Ted and his staff stood in line with their players and shook every one of the Quebec players' hands.

At least the Remparts players have seen some class. Too bad it couldn't come from behind their bench.

Thank you Moncton, not only for the President Cup but showing us what hockey really is.

GO CATS GO!
