When the only teams you outscore in the reg season is Chicago and St.Louis then you should be worried when you hit the playoff's. A good D is great but if you cant score goals you are going to lose.

Flames fans had the illusion of the Red Mile packed all spring and the parade route all mapped out. Then reality hit.

Yeah, it's sad that the Flames are gone. I for one, think the Oilers would have had it easier against them then red-hot San Jose. Thornton, marleau and the rest are scoring way too much for my liking.

C'est la vie, I guess we'll have to wait a year or two for the Battle of Alberta. Well, I had a lot of fun on the Red Mile during the Flames Cup run two years ago, so I'll formally invite Flames fans to head north and party on Whyte Ave as long as our run lasts.
