Wondering if Don Cherry has something against the Ottawa Senators. Last night on HNIC Don called Neil a coward and also said that Chara had no honnor. If Toronto would have done what the Sens have done, Cherry would of called them heroes. Am I just being bias here because I am a Sens fan. I think Neil won us the game and Chara toke care of business like a team player should. GO SENS GO!!!

Don Cherry wouldn't recognize intelligence even if it would bite him in the ass . The guy is washed up and I can't believe some parents are letting their kids listening to what he says (although I have to admit I agree with him about the icing. There's no need to have to 2 rush to the puck and be in a position to seriously injured themselves.).

Anyway, the whole Winnie thing - pretty sad that Winnie felt embarassed by someone staring at him. What Cherry forgot to mention is that Winnie was trying to get at Fisher. Winnie did NOT have to throw a punch and as I said, if he felt embarassed by someone staring at him, he might not be in the right line of work.

I'll leave the Neil incident out - I learned today it's best to keep my mouth shut Let's just say that Dingbat looked like a fool and even more today, since he's a 'healthy' scratch for tonight

Round 2 with Cherry vs Sens

In game 5 Ottawa gave a great effort to take out the lightning. All players skated well and Ottawa had multiple scoring chances only to be stopped by Burke who had a great game. Cherry came on the air after the game and said that Ray Emery won the game for Ottawa because he wears nice suits. I am getting the feeling that Cherry is not an Ottawa fan at all. Personaly, I think Cherry should go cheer the Leafs at the golf course and get the hell out of my TV when the Sens are playing. I am being bias here???? GO SENS GO!!!

I was at Tuesdays game in Tampa and I think Neil should have been tossed for his antics. He gestured to Burke that he was coming to get him all the way to the bench and on the bench. Dingman and him lined up and he turtled. Dingman get 7 minutes and he go nothing for his show. Ottawa had a 7 minute power play which was the turning point in the game. I don't know what Grapes said about that, but I think it was bush league on Neil's part. Chara on the other hand could have pounded Vinni and didn't. Possibly because his hand was previously injured and he didn't what to re-aggravate it. Either way, he tossed him around like a doll in the end.

I am sure it was because he was previously injured, I have seen Charra twice this year hit guys when they were down, even after the linesman had come in. I am no fan of Charra's

Neil in that game had under 8 minutes of ice time and it looked like he was on the ice all game long. Neil also got under Burke's skin and to me that's someone doing his job well. I agree that he did kinda turtle in from of Dingman, but to me Dingman toke a cheap shot at Neil before he had a chance to defend himself. Dingman should of stopped when he saw that Neil wasn't going to fight and would of only had 2 minutes in the sin bin. Neil did his job very well that night, so well in fact that we are still talking about it. He got the entire Tampa team focusing on himself instead of the game. Neil gets the first star from me in that game. GO SENS GO!!!

As for Chara! He bet up Vinnie with his left hand. Then, afterwards he showed Vinnie the right after he was flat on the ice with a burn mark in his shorts.

Kelly Rudy (sp?) isn't a hell of a lot better some nights. I remember he said something about the anehiem goalie having no talent and that he was a robotic goalie. Just cause he had a bad game.
