Damn, missed the 1st period of the Canada - Switzerland game. Canada starts the 2nd period with a 3-0 lead. Drake Batherson then scores at 6:12 into the 2nd period making it 4-0.

Both should be exciting games to determine tomorrow's medal match-ups.

Sweden defeats the US 4-2 to advance to the Gold medal round against either Canada or the Czech Republic while the US will play the loser of the Canada vs the Czech Republic game for the Bronze medal.

Wow. I couldn't believe it when Sweden was up 4-0 with 2 shorthanded goals and I think that 2nd one took the drive out of the US team. Good for Sweden though as they did have a good tournament as usual.

Now a break until our game starts.
