So I had the MRI, the bone scan, ( No. Not that bone! ), and nerve conductive tests all done today. Nerve tests show that the pain is all 'emanating from my abdominal area'. Should have the other results this week.

My surgeons office has always called me on my cell phone to give me updates. Until today. Those gutless cocksuckers waited until after 4 pm today and left a message on my home phone to tell me " Dr. Miles cannot do anything for you. Your family Dr will be in touch when he is ready and discuss nerve-deadening injections". I don't fuckin think so! Fuckin Monday can't come soon enough!

Haven't heard yet if 'they' have been able to get me an earlier appt, but am still hopeful.
My surgeon, for some reason seemed to not want me to be seen by another surgeon in Canada (CYA!) so wouldn't put it past him to try to kibosh my referral. At this point hough I am still hoping to be able to drive up rather than fly. That way I can bring some of my gear with me.

Yeah.. my dad went through the same crap.when he went through his ordeal. It's so ridiculous. Hope this new doc gets things figured quickly. Would be very cool if you could drive. Might have time to go for a spin in the new tin tub, and maybe get in on a fish fry. (If not, bbq and pie it is. )
