Interesting that you mentioned rabbits. The foods listed are for heart, prostate, mood, sex drive, memory and energy.

notice a trend?

I do like rabbit. Can I cover a few of those menu items by making some good rabbit stew?

Eat whatever you want just make sure it is certified organic or wild. As long as the food is fee of chemicals, steroids and all other harmful crap that commercial foods contain.

A good variety is best.

The only thing on that list I like is Sesame seeds.

I'd prefer tuna for the heart, tomatoes for the prostate, dark chocolate for mood, strawberries (& raspberries & blackberries) for memory, and a baked potato (with some low fat sour cream) for energy.

Those are far better minus the tomatoes and tuna.

If anyone is going to eat meat it should be straight up wild game...not that crap in the grocery store. Oh and freshly caught fish too. Both taste better as well

Yea but wild stocks are in danger of collapse, domestic cattle and farmed fish are not.

Be part of the solution; eat beef, not tuna.
