While I agree the game is fun and I am enjoying it. There are some issues I have.

1. The tank balancing in the random battles seems a little off. They have me in my PzKpfw III going up against heavys such as the IS-2. Basically all my rounds bounce off and thiers are instant kills on me. There is no counter for this. I can hide somewhere on the map but thats not the way I play. Until you gain enough XP to unlock the PzKpfw IV your kinda of stuck dieing alot.

2. The third person view kind of ruins som of the realism/immersion.

3. I was kind of hoping to have some multi-person crews. Kind of like what they do in WWII Online - Battleground Europe

1) Well known problem and is a reason you run away after seeing one of them. heh....IV, at my level we laugh at that one too, the ones you learn to hate are the VK3602.

2) needed to see where you are going, you can zoom though

3)you mean like 4 men, at 100% with each having skills? nothing is stopping you if you can afford it.

1. Thats why this is a beta and why I am here. To test and let the devs know what the issues are. Yeah VK's are bad.

2 and 3. I know you can zoom in to your optical sites on the tanks and TDs and use shift for the arty. Thats another reason I brought Battleground Europe. There is no 3rd person in any vehicles (boats, planes, tanks, truck or infantry). I tanks there are usually 4 positions (driver, main and coax gunner, commander and hull gunner), each one of those positions can be crewed by another online player if you select the multi crew option.

I would like to see a multi crews option. I have had a couple friends crew a tank or plane with me in WWII all on ventrilo. Gave us superior SA over others who were driving solo.

Don't get me wrong I am enjoying the game alot, just needs tweaking and thats what beta is all about.

BTW, what are your IGNs?

1) Even in an IS I try to avoid them when they have an upgraded gun....and I pick fights with King Tigers.

2-3) Ah, I think it is more of a server issue, personally I would prefer an upgrade to 60 tank battles instead of 2 players to a tank.

Same as here, jeff744.

I invest in armor penetrating rounds. Not many just like 10 rounds since it rare i can get them off fired before the game ends

I am usually in the thick of battle, I have actually run out of ammo and resorted to ramming other tanks.

Ah I am still in the Leichttraktor so I stay as far back as I can moving from cover to cover while still being close enough to the fight to get shots in. To slow to be right up in the thick of it.

IGN is KorbenDeck

Ah, go down the path to the heavies, easily the most fun.

I also want to try going for the SPG's, but I would need a squad so I could have spotters. I will be going for heavy tanks first though

I too am going heavy tank, but I'm also liking the ambush factor of the TDs and the long range of the SPGs.

Still though I find alot of people don't really use any type of tactics. Some of the people I played with seem to like ramming.

I hope they are also planningf on adding alot more maps.

I'd really like to start a clan when the full client is released and you can have clan warfare. Being able to take territory seems like fun. Especially if you get a territory that gives gold

Yeah thats what I want to see. The ability to take and hold territory. Fights that actually count for something, and using tactics as a clan/squad.

$1:
Clan Wars
Are there any clans in the game?

Clan battles will be implemented with the start of World of Tanks open beta test. Every clan can include up to 100 people.

What types of clan battles will the game include?

By the start of open beta, World of Tanks will feature ranking battles and clan tournaments. By the release date, there will be a global map divided into hundreds of provinces where battles for territories will unfold.

How will the Clan Wars be arranged?

In Clan Wars, there will be a global map divided into hundreds of provinces. To start their activity on the map, every clan will have to capture one of coastal provinces. If a province is not occupied by others, the clan will get it for free, while an occupied province will have to be fought for.

Will captured provinces provide clans with resources?

There are several economic categories of provinces, from basic ones to “capitals”. Occupying a common province will give a clan credits, whereas possessing a key province will result in gold benefits. So, “capitals” will give most monetary benefits to their owners. There is also some “economy” and “crafting”, along with monetary revenues; Clans can build factories, which produce special tanks and tank components/ammo over time.

How will clans arrange battles?

Every clan has a certain amount of “chips” equal to the number of its members. By putting a chip on a chosen province, a clan shows its claim on capturing it. If another clan expresses its will to capture the same province or if the province belongs to another clan, the two clans are to engage in a battle for it. Clan Masters can declare attacks on neutral or enemy provinces once per day, and a corresponding number of battles are scheduled and take place accordingly.

Can't wait
