Well, it's finally here. Who wins it, and why?

As of this morning, I'm still undecided. I don't care for either of the two teams, but being a ravenous football fan, I always enjoy the big game. Last year's was a thriller, and I'm hoping of more of the same this year.

"This is OUR league."

Saskabush, of course!

"Why", you ask? My guess would be that they will win if they get more points than the other team!

Wow! I didn't know that John Madden posted here! lol

I'm thinking Sask is gonna win. It's prety much a home game for them, and I just think they'll have the motivation to redeem themselves after last year.

I definetly hope it's the Riders, cause the party will be so much better. Only 1 als fan is coming, and she always dresses up and takes the ribbing in good humour. She does sometimes put up a fight about taking the Aqvavit shots that we force on her when the als score tho. Something about not enjoying the paralysis that too many of those shots bring on... wimp!

Since I don't follow any of the 'sports', Serious ?? here; Why does the game start at 4-0-something rather than at 11 or 12 o'clock when it is warmer temps and full daylight? Wouldn't that make for a much more pleasant experience for the fans in the bleachers?

Because for TV, they want it on in primetime in the East.

I don't care who wins just as long as there's 52 points scored and then I can cash in my over/under ticket with the 6 hockey games I pick correct last night. :P

So, when the game is played in the east, does it start out here at 6:30 pm? [huh]

Montreal. It's be the last ever performance of the Anthony Calvillo show, the greatest QB in Canadian football history.

ROTFL

Here's three of the best quarterbacks in Canadian football history that
were/are better than Calvillo:

Ron Lancaster
Warren Moon
Damon Allen

I'm not saying Calvillo isn't good, he's just not as good as those three.
So snap out of that dreamland already.

You might have forgotten but I haven't. Calvillo's next closest competitor would be Doug Flutie.

I think you misread my last post. Let me repost it below so you can go over what you obviously missed while chowing down on tasty poutine.

Never been much of a Randy Bachman fan, but he nailed the half-time show. The Epiphone Gold Top with the Bigsby was neat...never seen one like that before.
