I love Alexander Keith, I have tried my first and only honey lager SLEEMAN Honey Brown...soo good.

Alexander Keith, Sleeman, Polish beer such as Tyskie Lech Zciewc etc and more much, Infact I have a wall of beer of practically every beer even the expensive ones such as Maudite etc :D Just turned 19, look what I'm becoming :D

Look at Molson. It's only there since 1903. There are beers in Europe that are there since 1000 years. Wow.

Yup, the process of making it is that same as beer but the alcohol content is raised by freeze distillation. A lot of beers are made this way and it's been used for a long time. They used to leave barrels of beer outside in winter. Strangely enough, freeze distillation of alcoholic beverages is illegal in many countries... I don't know why. :?

Trying out a new micro-brew... [B-o]

Foggy honey blonde, little head. Aroma hops, dry and sweet, spicy yeast. Dominant Saaz taste, a little green, hints of nuts, bitter spice. 8% alcohol.

"Ice wines" are also made using the same process. Freeze the wine, remove the ice, and what's left has a higher residual sugar content and a higher alcohol content than what you started with.

The result is typically sweet and syrupy.

What defines ice wine is that it's produced from grapes that have been frozen while still on the vine. Maybe they cheat in places where they get no frost.

Lots of different processes for ice wine. The one you mentioned for beer is also used for several ice wines I've had in California.
