MadX MadX:
I don't have an agenda. I just don't like Harper and want to help educate the general public about his radical agenda. Like I said early, I don't get paid for my site, its free to join, its simply a hobby of mine and thats all.
Since I was being facetious when I answered you the last time, I will be more serious this time round. You claim that you have no agenda but I find that a contradiction as you stated that you, "want to help educate the general public about his (Harper's) radical (sic) agenda." However, you have just contradicted yourself because you came to this forum to "educate" us and that qualifies as an agenda. What I find particularly amusing is your patronizing tone, which I find endemic among the Anti-Harperites. This group tends to look down on "Joe Canuck" as unenlightened and in serious need of their "wisdom" but the fact of the matter is: the average Canadian does not need to hear the Anti-Harperites' bleating.
Seriously, they are almost an exact reenactment of
Animal Farm.
Your arrogance is particularly egregious considering your age when many members of this forum have years and even decades more life experience than you. I can understand why teenagers and younger twenty-somethings would dislike Stephen Harper. Harper has been Prime Minister of Canada for almost seven years and, for all intents, represents the establishment that they are attempting to rebel against. I had the exact same attitude when Jean Chretien was Prime Minister. More than a few of the forumers I have sparred with over the years tended to be the "middle-of-the-road" types who were quite capable of criticizing Stephen Harper without the need for your self-styled "enlightenment."
So go ahead and rail on about how Harper is the earthly incarnation of Satan. I am reasonably certain people here will take you as seriously as they did with the now-departed Curtman.
