wait a sec.. In Dion's latest "man of action" campaign, it mentions that he plays hockey. Our PM plays hockey. Screw the debate and let have a game. Can there be nything more Canadian than that?

I watch that...Dion would get checked into the boards and probably never get up.

He wouldn't even go into the corners. Like Harold Ballard once said of Inge Hammerstrom, "He could go into the corners with eggs in his pockets and not break one."

Toro Toro:
Reverend Blair Reverend Blair:
He still acts like he's the Prime Minister of Alberta, not of Canada, Toro.

So he's no different than past Liberal Prime Ministers of Ontario and Quebec Canada.

And therefore no better.

I'd say he's worse because he's pandering to a much smaller part of the overall population.

Yes, pandering to a minority group is the Liberals job

Back to the greens getting a chance to speak, how I wish we could have more candidates in the debates in the states. I'd love to see the big 2 have to deal with the Libertarians, Constitution Party, and the Greens.

I imagine the GOP would find a lot of their support bled away to the first two if the populace only knew that there are parties that actually stand up for small government and you get your pick of social issues!

If the Greens are in why not the Rhino Party? At least the Bloc have official party status something the Greens do not....

I wonder how Canadians would react IF we allowed the Republicans or Democrats to run in our Federal election? YET most seem to favour allowing the International Green Party to run...

Now IF the Green Party were to win in Canada, USA and England... I wonder if they would have the interests of those countries at heart or would the interests of the Green Party comes first & foremost...

Pardon my ignorance, but does anyone know when the English debate will take place?

romanP romanP:
Totally irrelevant. The Bloc Quebecois represent less than 50% of the population of Canada. They will never field candidates in every riding across Canada, like the Greens have done, because the only ridings that will vote for them are in Quebec.

I'd vote for them. If for no other reason than 'be careful what you wish for'.

They are so two faced, I'd like to see what they would do with a majority.

The more the merrier? Have you ever watched a debate? This is just what we need another debater fighting for every second of air time they can get.
