my wife and I are upper middle class we see NO benefit to income splitting...NONE so you can strike that off the table right now.
TFSA..Canada was among one of the ONLY wealthy nations to NOT have some for of TFSA, and just because YOU can't benefit from it doesn't mean other people can't. After all, you can't have it just a one way street you know.
How far along are we in the campaign now? The PC's have their platform out even the Liberals have 'most' of theirs out ok..so please tell me when is this coming out?
Quebec..daycare lets see, the province that receives significantly more transfer payments than it should based on population, and is RIGHT BEHIND ONTARIO and being among the MOST en debited sub nations on the planet. $10.5 billion a year just in servicing costs of their debt!
If our pharmaceuticals are so expensive, why do the Americans save big money when they buy online here? (currency exchange rate not withstanding this was before our loonie took a tumble).
who said I wanted to cut any programs I just said I don't want any more thanks! I don't think it is unreasonable to ask questions about a massive new social program and how much it's going to cost...that isn't barking that's being responsible.

You started off saying more social programs - so which ones are you talking about? You're asking other people to be specific, but you're throwing out vagaries.
If you're upper middle class, and don't really care about anybody else, then you bet Harper is your guy. If you worry that we're losing the social cohesion of the country because of growing inequality tho, then not so much. But sure, do what Shep says, vote only for your own intests - great way to build a country and keep it together.

it was obvious I am referring to the creation of the NDP national day care program. I never said I wanted cuts I just didn't want a NEW one.
Nice to see that you throw out judgements as if you know me personally, you have no idea about my life or me or my family. You have no business implying that I don't care about anyone but myself, I don't need to defend my actions to you or anyone else. I spent 10 years in the military serving my nation, MY NATION. It's just as much mine as it is yours. How dare you imply and make derogatory comments about my personal motives. You are in no position to judge!
I won't feel sorry for my current situation I WORKED HARD FOR IT. And it's people like you that think it's wrong for their to be successful people. I don't need to spout off about kids we sponsor, charity work we do, I DON'T NEED TO because look who it's coming from you?? WHO THE FUCK R U?
To bad your not able to improve your situation but don't take out your frustrations on me by attacking my motives, I asked some pretty straight forward honest questions and all I got from you was armchair quarterback heckling.

That election was Prentice's to win and he tossed it all away with his idiot budget and dumb "look in the mirror" statement. He fell from massively high polling when he became Premier with what he did and said. We shall endure and I'm gambling that Notley isn't stupid enough to cleave too closely to the federal Dippers. She has to play the independent Dipper with a clear distance between her and federal party the same way Yugoslavia played the independent to the Soviet Union and stayed out of the Warsaw Pact. If she doesn't she's out in the next election and she knows it.
