If we take the 'Sci-fi' & the 'Fantasy' & the 'Comic Book Characters' out of the line-up, ain't much left to look forward to!
Where the hell are the 'Cowboy & Shoot'em ups'???

The only movies that I have seen advertised which caught my interest are 'Lincoln'- 'Django'- as you noted- and 'Gangster Squad'. The movies of 'this generation' are utter garbage! Annimation & comic book heros are for kiddees- otherwise we have fantasy & gore . There never really was any such 'horror' movies. And vampire movies abound! Last (only) 'vampire movie' that was worth the time was Salems Lot. 'Phsyco'- which was supposedly based on the Ed Gein case was so far out as to be farcical! Jeez. 'We're' filling kids minds with shit & then piss & moan about how 'the world is going to hell in a hand basket'!

Hmm. I wonder if Hollywood will impose gun and violence control in their movies this year or will they continue the trend of making films with ever-increasing violence and body counts?
