BartSimpson BartSimpson: Lindsey Graham put this on Twitter after the Democrats complained that the FBI report didn't prove anything against Kavanaugh: $1: “Why don’t we dunk him in the water and see if he floats?!” @LindseyGrahamSC A pair of balls, and a sense of humour. OK, the aliens got him. I believe now.

xerxes xerxes: It doesn’t have anything of substance because that was the whole point. It was a sham investigation that was hamstrung from the very beginning to make sure nothing was uncovered. Yup a sham investigation into an act that never happened and the reason the FBI didn't do a proper investigation was because they love Trump so much.

Feinstein moves to seal FBI investigation as the case against Kavanaugh collapses.
This is a big development. Remember, the left wanted to make sure all the details of their accusations against Kavanaugh were out in the open. Feinstein's office even leaked Dr. Ford's information without her consent.
Now, as the FBI is closing in on a truth Democrat senators don't like, they're trying to suppress it.
Think about that. They wanted to accuse Kavanaugh in public and are now trying to make sure his exoneration stays private. Let that sink in and then try and tell me this wasn't political grandstanding at its dirtiest.

It's a done deal now. Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) is saying that the Ford allegations will have no bearing on his decision to vote for Kavanaugh.
Seems that Manchin wants to get re-elected next month.

And here's one of those "non violent" Trump supporters with his input on the Kavanaugh issue: https://www.rawstory.com/2018/10/trump- ... kavanaugh/$1: Last week, James Patrick posted a credible threat on Facebook, saying he planned to shoot members of Congress depending on the outcome of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. The Florida man was arrested, yet, oddly enough, Facebook still hasn’t removed the post, The Ledger reported.
Patrick’s avatar is a handgun and his photos show conspiracy theories about Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, including a photo of a young woman (not Dr. Ford) with George Soros.
On Sept. 24, Patrick posted that he “bought 12 boxes of hollow point 50 caliber bullets.” He went on to say he has “plenty of ammo for my sniper rifle and bought a suppressor from a private individual so I don’t have to wait on it .. have made sure all my arrangements have been made and care for my dogs because I will not be coming home if Kav is not confirmed I will kill those I believe are responsible and track down their families and kill them too ..and have taken extra precautions and added more supplies in the tunnel under my house in case local or federal law enforcement tries to stop me .. follow in my footsteps .. I refuse to let democrats [sic] ruin this country.”
The second post alluded to the first, saying he was ready to give up his life for the cause.
“I can tell it seems I will be sacrificing my life for my country,” Patrick wrote on Sept. 29. “But I am ready and will know who needs to be killed after the vote to put Kavanaugh on the Supreme Court.”
“Getting ready if Kav is not confirmed,” he wrote in a Sept. 22 Facebook post. “Whoever I think is to blame may God have mercy on their soul .. just cleaned out the gun shop where I get guns ammo and target practice .. bought all their 50 cal hollow points. I expect to be confronted and I will be ready to kill and ready to die.”
In a post from two years ago that Patrick re-shared, he said that he’d find it amusing if President Donald Trump slammed Hillary Clinton’s head into the podium.
In another post from 2017, he wrote “I can’t do this by myself ! Need more conservatives going into liberals’ homes at night killing them in their sleep!”
He was never arrested for these threats, however, only the ones to elected officials.
Patrick had ammunition in his home, according to deputies.
Bail has been set at $500,000 and he has been arrested before for battery in 2009, though it’s unclear if it was domestic related.
Sheriff Grady Judd said in a press release that he wishes people would calm down and stop making threats of violence.
“Anyone who threatens to shoot or kill any public servant or law enforcement officer will go to jail immediately,” the statement read. Puts the high crimes and misdemeanours of kicky little twink hairdresser at the Toronto abortion protest in a bit better perspective, don't it? MAGA!

Seems that Manchin wants to get re-elected next month. I think she waited too long to make her case. Another case of attempted Character Assassination. I don't like Kavanaugh because I'm a little pissed at your President. Fortunately, my opinion amounts to nothing.

Pure scuttlebutt here (IMHO) but on the radio a Senate Democrat is said today to have commented in a Democrat caucus meeting: What in sweet Hell have we unleashed on ourselves?
I think that means we can expect a few more Democrat votes for Kavanaugh.

Sad but probably true. They’re wusses and they always told when there’s a fight to be had.

I don't like Kavanaugh because: 1) his opinions on the powers of a president and total immunity for the administration, no matter what illegal acts they have already committed or will commit, belong more in an absolute monarchy that they do in republican democracy 2) he's a probably attempted rapist 3) he's shown himself to be a detestable liar, and not a single word he said in front of the committee should be taken as anything even remotely true 4) most of the people defending him are complete wads themselves 5) he was nominated by Donald Trump who, by default, simply cannot appoint anyone* of decent character to any position because he's an evil criminal bastard - rotten vile people are simply not capable of doing good, ever *James Mattis and the now-departed HR McMaster notwithstanding - and they were the exception to the usual degeneracy of Trump appointees, not the rule

Jackson Cosko is the Democrat aide who published restricted access personal information of GOP Senators on Wikipedia.
He did so because he hates Trump and Kavanaugh.
Turns out he's also leaked information about the children of those GOP Senators with the intent that the people receiving the information would threaten or harm those children.
Big fucking hero.

The Kavanaugh Allegations Are Psychological Terrorism, And It’s Time They End"Vilification is a form of psychological terrorism. Because the fury displayed by those leveling the charges is so relentless and uncompromising, it carries its own threat."$1: The left’s smear tactics have come on full display during the surfeit of attacks on Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. Whether you support or oppose this SCOTUS nomination, the tactics being used are more extreme even than during the Clarence Thomas hearings.
But as we know, they are nothing new, and Democrats will continue to use them until the American people scream “Enough!” — because they are effective. The real goal is psychological terrorism—that is, engaging in a scorched-earth effort to destroy the target, and in so doing intimidating anyone willing to enter public service, or even just support a public figure that does not parrot the politically correct line.
The charges do not need to be true, or even credible. People do not recoil because of the charges themselves (although, as we see, the left spares no effort to dream up the worst accusations they can think of). People recoil out of fear.
This tactic relies on the human herding instinct. People naturally shy away from anyone so vilified, whether the charges are credible or not, simply out of fear of being smeared with the same brush. They don’t want to be ostracized by the group.
Such excommunication has real consequences on reputations, jobs, relationships, even survival. The real goal is to threaten the rest of us into silence. How many people, for example, never used Donald Trump yard signs or bumper stickers out of fear of ostracism, or even property destruction? What follows is a long one but worth a read for anybody interested in the topic. If not interested maybe it would be better to leave those who might be alone rather than prove the writer of piece correct. You'd have to read it to know what I mean by that. http://thefederalist.com/2018/10/03/kav ... -time-end/

Female staffers in Dem Senator's office threatened by Kavanaugh/Trump supporters: https://thinkprogress.org/doug-jones-sa ... bf1c5ef7b/$1: The tensions bred by the contentious confirmation process of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh took another disturbing turn Thursday afternoon. According to reports, Sen. Doug Jones (D-Ala.) has recently discovered that the women who staff his office have been receiving threats from Kavanaugh backers. As AL.com’s Howard Koplowitz reported: $1: “The hate and ugliness I have witnessed is unprecedented, and I hope, God I hope, does not reflect who we really are as Americans, and it has been on both sides,” Jones said in a conference call with reporters. “I’ve even had callers telling the young women who’ve answered my phones that they hope they are sexually assaulted.”
