$500 million to COFI lumber mills, the ones who griped about US subsidizing OUR lumber industry. That money's being used to upgrade their mills, which are now subsidized by YOUR tax money.
$250 million to Forestry groups and studies, dispersed by a board of mainly COFI executives to improve their forest practices.
$129 million to ALL the forest workers in Canada to share, mostly for retraining in other jobs that aren't in the towns they live in.
