Well I just watched the Hurt Locker. Maybe it's age or becomming to jaded but I was dissapointed.
It was an alright war movie but it certainly doesn't rank up there with some of the greats. Hell, as far as stories bout the Iraq war goes, Generation Kill was more interesting and intense than the Hurt Locker.
I think Bart had it right when he said it won because of the Academy's attempt to be political correct.
