Just did a search to see who this is. According to Wikipedia, Alexander Barkashov is leader of the Russian National Unity party, a far-right Neo-fascism neo-Nazi party. Isn't this party "fringe" by Russian standards? Putin could just claim this guy does not represent the government of Russia.

Yepp, Russians are using neo-nazi organisations, they find youth there and use them to achieve what they want. For example forum trolls who write about how Russia is right, army soldiers to fight, to make riots, to transfer money to terrorists, drugs, weapons etc. Putin has idea to have all slavic lands in one country, so this guys are helping him because they are "patriotically right". Putin supports them, but will never say it on public. Odesa massacre was done with combo of our cops and members of this organisations. Few emblems of this organizations.
