It's obviously a UFO - it's unidentified, it's flying, and it's an object. If you can tell whether it's an alien spacecraft or some sort of military vehicle, it's no longer a UFO .

Depending on it's attitude and angle to the observer it's possible to be any number of current aircraft now being flown by the US or other countries.

Considering this object is well below the low hanging clouds, it could easily be an RC aircraft. A toy. Or just a chunk of cardbord being whipped up in the wind. I see the tops of those trees are given'er. Canadian word... "Given'er"
