We know what he meant, good cover though. It will be funny to have the host city boo a player who is playing for their nation, and then have that chrous of boo's drown out by the 18,000 Canadian fans in the USA/Canada final.

Having spent many formative years in the North End of Winnipeg, I hesitate to slag other towns for their, shall I say?, lack of aesthetic appeal. You know tweeting too much is like beaking off too much--gotta lern when to keep your mouth shut. As for those offended, don't be. Were you under the impression that Buffalo was paralleled London, Tokyo or...ahem...Vancouver?
Like Winnipeg, I'm sure that Buffalo makes up for it in other ways--"she don't look like much, but she's got a great personality"!

Speaking of City of Fire, is Buffalo still the fire and arson capitol of the USA? I rememeber watching Buffalo TV when I was a kid (remember Commander Tom?) and the lead story every day on Buffalo news was "Massive fire in Tonawanda". That damn city used to blaze every day.
