- As far as I recall, RUEZ did not turn off his rep before the 27th of June, "as far as I recall" being the operative words here.

- If CKA's rep system allows members to give out rep without requiring that they make themselves eligible to receive any, the system is ripe for abuse.

- RUEZ, having suffered the searing emotional trauma of receiving neg rep, turned it off after having complained that the system was meaningless, or words to that effect.

- RUEZ has, on one occasion since then, doled out rep, while clearly remaining afraid to be on the receiving end of any. This same person, it should be noted, has consistently shown himself to be very quick in condemning others as cowards, as evidenced in this very thread.


I have no choice but to stick with my original conclusion: The guy is a hypocrite, and ten times more a coward than these US military deserters he's so quick to judge.

Ok, then explain it the 'common usage' in Canada, of 'wanking around'. I've been here 18 years now, lived in 3 different Provinces and I've never heard that expression.
