Holy shit. It's good that they're prosecuting women for abuse of minors as well, but this sentence is insane.

Life Sentence.
Seems a few minor adjustments and the perp could be also.
Know doin hogs is easy and only takes seconds.
Its cheap and easy.

Thats not the question.

What bugs me here, is that a murderer (who's victim got the death penalty) often gets away with a lesser sentence than this woman, who supposedly forced a 13 year old boy to touch her breast. I don't know, but something doesnt sound right to me...

(This "so called" victim does not have a "life sentence". Touching a breast is not THAT invading. Sorry, but please, don't over dramatize this for the 13 year old boy)

A Twin Falls MAN convicted of forcing a 13-year-old GIRL to touch HIS PENIS was sentenced Monday to life in prison.

Michael Len Taylor, 34, was convicted of lewdness with a minor under 14 in November after a week-long trial in Elko County, Nev., District Judge Mike Memeo’s courtroom.

With the conviction, Taylor faced a mandatory life sentence, and Memeo set parole eligibility after 10 years, the minimum sentence. If released on parole she must register as a sex offender and will be under lifetime supervision.

The district attorney’s office did not offer a plea agreement in the case, said public defender Alina Kilpatrick, who argued the sentence is unconstitutional and doesn’t fit the crime.

“The jury was not allowed to know the potential sentence in this case and the Legislature doesn’t know the facts,” she said, alluding to the minimum sentence set by the Legislature in Nevada Revised Statute.

Kilpatrick said despite the parole eligibility after 10 years, there should be no mistake that it’s a life sentence for Taylor.

“HE is getting a greater penalty for having a GIRL touch HIS PENIS than if HE killed him,” she said.



Taylor, who lived in Jackpot, Nev., at the time of the crime, kissed a friend’s child, FORCED HER TO TOUCH HIS PENIS and asked HER to have sex with HIM in February 2008.

Taylor CLAIMED HE WAS INTOXICATED AND DOESN'T REMEMBER WHAT HAPPENED THAT NIGHT. HE told jurors HE roughhoused with the GIRL, but didn’t force HER to touch HIM inappropriately.

Still doesn't warrant life or anywhere near it. And as Brenda has pointed out, touching dick isn't equivalent to touching tit.
