If New York State Police show up at the White House to arrest President Trump then four things will follow:

2. The Attorney General of New York State will find himself the object of the rapt and undivided attention of the US Marshals.

3. New York governor Andrew Cuomo will be in a cell.

4. The day after all of this goes down Donald J. Trump will still be President of the United States of America.

If a couple NY LEO's showed up at the pink palace with an arrest warrant, they wouldn't make it past the gate. Just get a, "nope, you gots no authority here," and get sent home.

They would have to attempt to complete their warrant by force for the Marines to respond with force.

I doubt either side would be dumb enough for that to happen, this is really just PR for media.

Simply trying to force entry onto White House grounds is sufficient reason to deploy lethal force.
