He asked for extra resources to investigate the traitor in chief. Name him as the special prosecutor.

....In the most noteworthy of the revelations, the New York Times, Washington Post and others reported Wednesday morning that Comey had requested additional resources for the Russia investigation just last week. The Times reported later that Trump was angry about that investigation and “enraged” by Comey’s testimony about him last week in Congress.

That wasn’t all. The McClatchy news service reported that Trump himself had requested the supposedly independent Department of Justice memo on which the ouster was supposedly based. And CNN anchor Jake Tapper cited a “source close to Comey” as saying he was dismissed because he would not pledge personal loyalty to Trump and because the Russia probe was “accelerating.”

Thanos Thanos:
I don't give a fuck anymore what happens to you, yours, or that goddamn dark ages country you live in. The time for caring is over. All that remains now is your long overdue punishment for the atavism and nihilism and the sheer hatred for anyone "beneath" you that your part of the spectrum so merrily embraces.

Once again, I hope to see a real patriot put a bullet right into the face of that pile of pus you voted for, MAGA. Hopefully it's with some type of automatic weapon so a few rounds can also get inserted into Bannon, Miller, and some of those other pieces of vomit that surround him.

Yup.

I'm not joking now when I say to avoid the US for a while (like until January 21, 2024). If you get flagged because of this then your mere entry into the US could be construed as your acting to make good on your threat. You really could face some serious prison time for this kind of shit. And you won't know you've been flagged until you get stopped at the port of entry.

You're going off the rails lately and if you keep at it then sooner or later Canadian authorities are going to come talk to you and maybe even assess you.

Dial it down. You can be angry all you want but in this day and age you can't be making violent threats and then doubling down on them without expecting to garner the rapt and undivided attention of humorless people.

He hasn't made any threats. Don't confuse twisted wishes with threats because they aren't the same. Lots of your GOP pals wished the same fate of Obama. Wishing someone ill-will isn't a threat.

I wouldn't rule it out completely. Remember 15 yrs ago when people who spoke out against the Iraq invasion were getting visits from the FBI and told to watch what they say? All it takes is one "patriot" to overhear your comments at the gym and make a complaint. That's just how Republicans roll.

The border crossing is practically a democracy-free zone, especially of you are a foreign visitor. If a border guard were able to link a person to the comments posted here, that person would almost certainly be detained and interrogated. I don't know if it would rise to the level of a criminal trial, let alone conviction, but under the Patriot Act, authorities can still inflict a lot of misery on you without taking things that far just by detaining you for an almost indefinite period and keeping you in poor conditions. If the border guard also happens to be a Deplorable, you can pretty much count on the worst outcome possible regardless of what the law and constitution require.

As opposed to BreitBart, who has openly expressed a desire-several times I might add- to kill Muslims based solely on their religion.

Don't underestimate the security tensions behind the scene. Many intelligence agencies are under scrutiny because of the vast power they seem to have acquired without anyone noticing. In order to justify it, they will follow up on any probable report of radicalization or threats.

Perhaps Thanos is kidding. Perhaps he's no threat. But he's still going to attract attention he may not appreciate or deserve. And so will the rest of us, for being his associates. People get turned away at the border for doing charity work, what do you think happens to people who do what Thanos just did?

I don't think he has any plans on visiting the US like many people. I don't think his sentiment is all that uncommon amongst Americans either. He hopes that they act on it. He hasn't expressed a personal desire to himself.

Personally I hope the prick has a stroke during one of his rants. He is a bad combination of arrogance and stupidity, supported by intolerant idiots. He is a threat to the American constitution and democracy. A true domestic enemy that the American people have to respond to accorsingly. His demands for oaths/pledges of personal loyalty to him rather than duty to the state should not be tolerated. The American president should never be above the law, as he seems to view himself.

No, he hasn't. But they turn people away for admitting to have smoked weed, and don't care if it was legal or medical weed. No sense of ha-ha anymore.

And our law enforcement has shown they will totally arrest and extradite people that the US wants to prosecute, for things that aren't illegal here.

But Thanos hasn't expressed a desire to do anything, other than to be a spectator to some disgruntled and dispossessed American acting out their frustration, using their second amendment.

Like I said, no sense of ha-ha any more. Like Bart says, if they pick up that comment, and figure out who he is (remember, CKA is not encrypted!) if he tries to cross the border, odds are he'll have a long uncomfortable conversation with a few humourless people before he gets sent back and barred from entering the US without a visa or waiver.

No one has to break any law for a US border guard to decide to not let them enter the US. It's entirely at their discretion.

This site is monitored. A few years back I was given a chat for posting something that I did not know had become classified.

Thus my comments here are very measured these days.

I assume the entire web is monitored. That stems from when I found out about Eschelon.

Imagine my surprise when it turned out to be worse than that! 8O

Canada is in the same position now that Poland was in 1934 or '35, who ended up first on the dance card after the lads next door finally got all their internal matters settled out. We should be worrying much less about visiting the Americans as opposed to when the MAGA's, in their overwhelming hate for everything and everyone that isn't them, decide to finally use the American military to "visit" us a few years from now.

These men are out of control. And genuinely evil. Don't think for a moment that just because most of us share the same language and skin colour as most of them that they won't decide to give us the "gift" of "liberation" the way they did to Vietnam and Iraq and another hundred or so places in between.

Don't think these people are that genuinely fucked up in the head? If I'd said the same thing about Obama or Clinton the pricks would probably give me an invitation to the White House just like they did to a pants-shitting draft-dodging piece of vomit like Ted Nugent.
