I found this article pretty intresting. Imagine, during the 10 strongest years of economic growth in Canada the middle class of Canada haven't made any gains at all. Makes you wonder what would happen if the economy really took a turn for the worst.

No military charges, no Detention Barracks. All charges were civilian laid and all time will be done in Federal Pens.
