He should be held accountable. And any other cops who broke the law should be charged too.

Given the amount of people imprisoned in torturous conditions, this is one of those situations where I think that if you were in a position of authority and thought it was wrong to carry out your assigned duty, you should either not do it or do something to stop others from carrying it out as well.

I don't think he ever said that... I don't recall every word he ever wrote on this board, but it has always been along the line of "who ever breaks the law needs to be charged with whatever they did, regardless of their occupation".
