Someday won't be soon. Naturally occurring antimatter would be incredibly difficult to capture. In the case of this lightning, it's in too small of an amount and too randomized to really have a collection system for it. Artificial antimatter is fairly inefficient as well, since it's a bad energy carrier -- it takes a lot more energy to make than it does to retrieve energy out of it. Oil and natural gas, on the other hand, go through a relatively cheap refining process to produce a good deal of energy.
The only thing I would hope exists in my life time in regards to antimatter is the application of the antimatter catalyzed nuclear pulse propulsion system, but I am betting even that is hopeful on my end by quite a bit. It's a derivative of type nuclear pulse propulsion engine, except that antimatter (or antiprotons) are introduced directly into the nuclear fuel.
