Yet another Right Wing Christian extremist whack job. I'm beginning to think these freaks are more dangerous than Al-Quaeda, because of all the lemmings that believe the drivel that come out of their pie-holes.

I can understand the Christian reaction. That little fucker is always stealing picnic baskets, and stealing is wrong.

That... was... awful... truly!

RTFA fer fuck sakes:

Muslim clerics have banned Muslims from practicing yoga in Egypt, Malaysia and Indonesia, citing similar concerns.
Now, which "Christian" nation has banned yoga again???

And so far, the only other idiots of note that have echoed the same sentiment are Pat Robertson and John MacArthur. Neither of which has any credibility outside of with the lunatic fringe that follows them.

But thanks for stopping by and showing us your complete lack of objectivity.
We'll be sending you the home version of our game. Thanks for playing [B-o]

It shows the same nut jobs in two countries, just that in one nation they aren't running the show yet.

Thanos Thanos:
It's funny until you realize that this particular sect is unduly influential in selecting the GOP candidate for President of the United States. They've acheived a level of control over a national political process that is vastly disproportionate to their actual numbers. It's funny until seeing these yahoos getting invited to dinner at the White House one day. When that happens the laughter really should stop.

The laughter has stopped already, considering the yahoos that are in the White House right now.

There is also Matthew 18:7-9. If your going to look for good health advice Jesus and Yahweh are not the best place to go. :P

I think this minister is missing all of his common sense.

I think it is simply a matter that the Minister had a bit too much to drink last night, or his grass in his bong didn't give him a good enough high or his boy friend didn't work him over hard enough.

South Baptist ministers are 99% BS.

Matthew 18:7-9, was said sort of tongue in cheek. How the hell can your foot sin? Only the mind can commit evil.

And yet again when it comes to Jesus saying anything that could be taken to be unloving there is bound to be disagreement.

Jesus very clearly taught and lived with the belief that the end days were coming VERY soon. He told his disciples after his resurrection that some of them may not taste death before his return. Matthew 16:28.

It may very well be that Jesus was saying that no matter what it is better to live without eyes if gazing on a woman tempts you or to live without hands if stealing is tempting to you. It is better to live crippled and get to Heaven then to live whole and end up in hell for Jesus.

Jesus taught and lived with the very clear indication he thought the second coming our come very soon. This teaching fits perfectly with what Jesus believed.

I know you have heard this a million times likely when you say it to others but you are trying to take it out of context to fit a preset assumption that Yahweh and Jesus are loving beings.

edit: This is of course only one example. I could go on but I do respect the fact that you choose to disagree.

Never met them, so I can't say iof they are or they aren't. Met a bartender in Cancun named Jesus. he seemed to be a pretty nice guy, arranged for private tours to the pyramids and a couple excavation sites.
