I'm sure that she is the one I was following on the Yellowhead in Edmonton a few years ago. She was doing about 20 km, bouncing off the curbs and concrete barriers. I phoned 911 and reported her as 'impaired driver'. After several miles, (and much dammage to the sides of her car) the cops finally got her pulled into a parking lot. I waited in my vehicle off to the side while they checked her out. After about 5 min, one of the cops came over to me and says "I got good news, and I got bad news. The good news is that she's not impaired. She's just a terrible driver. The bad news is that she'll be back on the fuckin road tomorrow"!!!

That kind of crap is what makes me say a driver's licence is no longer privelege, but almost a right. There is NO reasonable reason for that person to have a licence after that.
