That's a fantastic movie and there's not one damn thing wrong with showing it to kids.

There's also a excellent book, Nada the Lily by H. Rider Haggard. Gives a good insight on the Zulu warrior.

Zulu is an excellent film. For years I wanted to go for Halloween as a British Officer from the Zululand Campaigns. Wear a Pith Helmet and have a reproduction VC and Zululand Campaign and Boer War Medals... Then I found out that wearing those medals, even as reproductions is an offence. So that dream died.

Should we expect anything less from the history revisionists who feel anything occuring in the past that doesn't suit their agenda today should never be spoken of again.

Racist against the Welsh perhaps, since so many of the Welshmen were called Jones so had to be referred to by their regimental numbers. "Isn't that right 596?" "Yes, it is 716"

SJW's are mining Hollywood's past to find something to whine about.

Whenever I watch that Men of Harlech scene from Zulu it reminds of Sean Connery singing The Son of God Goes Forth to War on the bridge in Man Who Would be King
British colonialism accounted for some great cinema before the Snowflakes took over Hollywood.
Now that other classic leaps to mind from the Black and White era - Gunga Din with Cary Grant.

Don’t people have anything better to do. They seem to be trying to get rid of everything filmed or written pre 2000 not to mention the rewrite on history. It’s getting stupid. The only thing I remember about Zulu is it’s my dads favourite movie and it took years to find it for him.

I liked it when I was 12. Don't think I'd much like it now--it's basically a propaganda puff piece. But banning it is silly.
