Also, not intending to be snarky, but the entire community has mould problems, and its usually because their homes aren't built with proper ventilation for dryers, bathrooms and kitchens. Having to use electric base board heating too, because there is no natural gas to the community, only a diesel generator.
A couple very inexpensive options to vent homes and trailers could take place. As I said, pride of ownership. I don't want to live in a mouldy house. Even if I didn't pay for the house, I'd take steps to maintain and improve the property. Adding a dryer vent, dehumidifier or exhaust vents are very inexpensive.
