So last Friday I started getting a toothache and was a miserable bastard almost all day long.

It got worse over what was a three-day weekend. I was out all day Tuesday and Wednesday alternating between extreme pain and a drug-induced torpor as I waited for the anti-biotics to work and bring down the inflammation...which is better today.

Tuesday I saw a dentist and an endodontist and the order of the day is a root canal in one of my molars.

But the first endo guy set the appointment for April 2.

The dentist pulled some strings and got me in with a friend of his at 2pm today so I'll be a nicer bastard by this Friday!
