She was branded a racist and bullied for over a couple of years horribly because she complimented there Jamaican accent? Wow, isn't stereo-typing fun or over dramatic racist card pulling. Girls or not girls, if she was my sister, my GF or just somebody I knew. I would kick the shit out of those girls every single day they gave her shit.

After this school districts decision, she probally will develope anxiety from staying inside the house and feeling safe there and won't leave and the more she stays the more worse it gets.

And how exactly is telling someone their accent is cool racist? It's getting to the point now, where you're afraid to say anything to anyone of another race or religion for fear of being done for it. Heaven forbid you try and discipline a subordinate in that situation either.

I have plenty of stories on the inaction of school administration involving bullying. With my skin condition, I was easy pickings for bullies, and for a long ass time I took it hard.

After grade seven or so, I basically told teachers that if you're not able to stop the bullying, I will, and I have gotten into some pretty bad fights to finally shut the bastards up. Honestly, the only way bullying really stops is through showing you won't take their shit.
