Nobody ever said they weren't. A counter example isn't hard to find. But when You have hundreds, perhaps thousands of perpetrators in this case who are overwhelmingly Pakistani Muslim and thousands of victims who are overwhelmingly non-Muslim then You are going to need more than a couple of counter examples to convince me that this crime had a lot to do with race and/or religion.

Indeed one would suspect the opposite would be the case. In minority communities, predators typically attack their own.

It's also conceivable that the problem as it exists is more widespread than is known within the Muslim community since the Muslim victims of these scumbags have more to fear from coming forward including ostracism within their own communities.

That's been stated. It's not fear of the scumbags, but shame. We know how the Muslim community views girls/women that are raped. It's hushed far more than with whites.

The fault here lies with those that raped those little girls. They should be hunted down and put away for a long long time. Those that aided them should be hunted down and put away. Those that abetted them should be hunted down and put away. And those that showed a depraved indifference to what was going on should be held to account for their actions.

But this guy, Pat whatever, insists on laying the blame somewhere else--in this case some insidious secret organization that controlled the minds of the authorities that ignored this case. This is the kind of drivel that Breivik probably listened to, to the point where he thought the best way to deal with the problem was to murder dozens of kids in cold blood.

It looks like a charity that offers courses in leadership development programmes across the UK. It has been suggested that it exerted improper influence over the Levinson Inquiry with a particular left leaning slant and rather secretive regarding their agenda. It seems Pat Condell was reporting to the fact at least one high ranking official in the Rotherham scandal has trained with them. Given all the off loading of government services to Quangos and such that things seem to be slipping out of control. Such as the recent flooding in Somerset largely attributed to the Environment Agency (a Quango) setting aside £27,000,000 for a bird sanctuary but refused £6,000,000 to dredge rivers. I am assuming it is feared that mentality is spreading.
