Look at Obama, he's paying the price because businesses across the spectrum from large to small are not doing well. That means actual unemployment is up around 15% to as much as 34% in some areas. that's a lot of voters who are not happy that they're going to be cold, hungry, and maybe even homeless this winter.

That's enough people to sway the election in less than a year.

Obama may be a hard core socialist, but he's also pragmatic and if he could have himself a roaring capitalist orgy of success right now he'd run with it.

It is suspected in some circles that Ayres was the ghostwriter for Dreams of My Father and it is well documented that Obama's political career started with a meeting and fundraiser at Ayers' home in Chicago.
