So I was right about CBC being CBC and for the record, I still think Scape was onto something about this articles origin.

Well, the pattern where one of the mainstream media's hopeful Trump gotcha moments turns out to be fake news is so common now it's almost expected.

But I didn't fully realize how bad the CBC screwed up on that Falun Gong story. The CBC screwing up isn't uncommon either but as a Canadian and considering you're paying for it you don't know whether to laugh or cry.
