LOL both valid points Riden and Lily, if it were so wonderful why are they working so hard to perserve it would it not perserve it's self? Cape Bretain teaches Galic but they don't need a political party to retain the language of the Scotsman, parts of it are also Acadian nope no political party or communist like laws to perserve it.

Pauline Marois is absolutely right!

The province of Québec is officially French not bilingual. Therefore new immigrant have to accept that fact. All the social debate in Québec happen in French, All the political debate in Québec also happen in French. It would be against there best interest for them self and there children not to assimilate with the majority in Québec.

If Bill 104 is overturn by the supreme court of Canada this will have huge consequence. And many so call "rentable" federalist" will be force to either accept that they are a minority in there country and behave has such. Or choose to be part of the majority in there country.

Bill 101 is use has a security blanket for federalist in Québec and once that is gone they will have to choose.
