More on this...
Chelsea Nash (Reporter, The Hill Times) is the 13th person to ‘like’ Rachel Aiello’s current public Facebook photo, uploaded to the site on May 15, 2017. As the photo has 82 ‘likes’ this means that Chelsea is almost certainly among Rachel’s “close friends” or “followers” (Facebook’s algorithms automatically limit who sees what, and how fast they see it). Considering that the photo was uploaded on May 15, 2017, this suggests a long-term connection between the two women.
But there is more … Chelsea Nash wrote a series of articles for The Hill Times, all on the theme of sexual harassment in politics, right before the above connection can be established …
“Educate new Senators on how to report sexual harassment: Sen. Hartling,”
http://www.hilltimes.com/2017/04/12/sen ... ent/102867 (April 12, 2017)
“Parliament has a power problem: why few staffers report sexual harassment,”
http://www.hilltimes.com/2017/04/19/par ... ers/103541 (Apr. 19, 2017)
“Sexual harassment still taboo among press gallery members,”

So, any information shared between the two women probably would have been exchanged early last year, prompting the question why the matter wasn’t reported to police and why it conveniently surfaced approximately a week after a former liberal staffer, David Livingston, was found guilty of criminal charges for destroying government documents.
One can add for motive that this woman appears to have been recently fired from The Hill Times.
