He went to a bar. He found a girl there. He brought her home. Not his responsibility she was drinking. She claims she was drunk but we have no way to verify this.The second one claims that other people bought her drinks and got her drunk at a nightclub. BTW, what were they doing at a bar/nightclub if they were underage? Never mind. Point is it's not his resonsibility to ask for their birth certificates. And these two women are not exactly free of all responsibility for what happened, as much as they appear to be trying to pretend otherwise.

Now, that being said, I wouldn't want this guy around my daughter. Then again, I wouldn't have let Pierre Trudeau around my daughter either. Remember how he spotted Margaret when she was 18 on vacation in Tahiti, in a bikini (he being 48), and pursued her even after she and her family returned home? Older men have always been in lust with young women, as far back as time goes.
