housewife housewife: But then there is this https://globalnews.ca/news/3988942/lisa ... legations/If the rumours have been flying a while it’s not surprising that a reporter has grabbed hold. Certainly destroys the idea that it was a pre-election "gotcha!" surprise from the Wynne-bag crew if the knives were already out for Brown inside his own party.

Are the words "inside job" taboo in the land of media whoredom?

Wonder how long it’s been an open secret. If so many people knew why was he named leader? Only concussion I can come up with is people are crazy and politics is worse then crazy

I'm not one for the business of going spelling Nazi but every once in a while you come across a typo that's more fun and possibly even more clever than if they didn't make it. So a big for the one below. I'm going to collect that one for my book on clever typos. housewife housewife: That it does. Wonder how long it’s been an open secret. Tricks Tricks: Normally I'd agree, but there are two issues. 1) They have conversations between themselves and Brown, so this isn't completely without evidence.
Evidence of what? 1. A woman went to a bar, got drunk, she says, went home with him, went to his bedroom. Somehow, he got the idea from this that she might be interested in him sexually. He suggested oral sex. She didn't want to, so that was that. 2. A woman meets him on a plane, he later facebooks her and says he thought she was cute. A year later she asks him for a summer job during her university breaks, and gets one in his constituency office. At a nightclub, she gets, she says, very drunk, goes home with him, goes to his bedroom, sits on his bed with him. Somehow, he gets the idea she might be sexually interested. She isn't, and he backs off. She then goes on to continue working for him during summer breaks for years without him harassing her. $1: 2) Taking things the police route, and the court route, can be incredibly traumatizing. What exactly would you charge him with?

herbie herbie: And now Kent Hehr is gone too. He can't even DO any of this shit even if he wanted to, he only SAID inappropriate things. Get the point yet? Women are sick of it. Sick of what? Sick of flattery? Sick of unattractive guys daring to think they might have a chance and coming onto them?

Vbeacher Vbeacher: What crime? Heterosexual Attraction To A Living Breathing Child-Bearing-Age Female. It is up there with Islamophobia.

Vbeacher Vbeacher: Tricks Tricks: Many people don't report these types of crimes because What crime? Technically if they were intoxicated enough, it's rape if something happens. Nothing did here, so no crime to file. Just a creepy fuck.

The title of this doesn't mention Brown, but that's where Faith Goldi goes with it from a different angle.

Drinking is a choice they both made. If I have a party and have beer for my guests, I’m not getting them drunk. They may make that choice.

I really wanted to se Brown in the next election as I think the Progressive PC party he built, which now endorses progressive positions such as man-made climate change is real and supports carbon pricing, would have won or come significantly close enough that it would have put a stake through the heart of ultra conservatism in Ontario for a generation. Having 3 progressive parties would have been worth a term or two of PC government. So in a way I feel cheated from a fascinating election. We may have missed an opportunity to turn the page on Harris-Hudak-Harper conservatism in this province.
To the conversation at hand, older men who refuse to drink a drop of alcohol should not be taking highly intoxicated 18 year olds to their bedroom for sexy time. It’s just that simple. He may not have broken the law and it’s great that he was a perfect gentleman and decided to stop trying to round the bases once he finally clued in they didn’t want it but as I said earlier it’s the circumstances that are the problem.

Having underage people over to your house and giving them alcohol while you don't drink would be seen by most as "getting them drunk". Especially if you yourself don't have any.
