Fuck the army go navy, warm bed, hot meal, no sleeping in a hole or covered in shit, being at sea kicks ass, and you will see a lot more of the world. Ships maybe slower but airplanes, trucks and tanks are uncomfortable!!!! Besides there is nothing like walking on walls and heaving your guts during a wicked storm off of the west coast but hawaii 4 times a year makes up for it!!

SigPig SigPig: Tricks Tricks: Canadian_Mind Canadian_Mind: gay, could have said something cool like he had a criminal record. RMC not an option? also, tricks, go armoured. French is full of fail. Spr already tried to convince me of going armoured, but methinks I'm infantry bound. *cough* signals *cough* Not sure if I know 100% what's involved, what would I be doing?

Eisensapper Eisensapper: In the engineers they are saying they want a trained recruit to be a sergeant in 7 years. How long did it take in WWII to make one?

Tricks Tricks: Not sure if I know 100% what's involved, what would I be doing? Basically we are the experts on all communication eqpt in the military. We go out and support all sorts of units so we get to see alot. In an Afghanistan example you can be anything from EW sitting on a hill for six months listening, to being in the HQ at KAF, to travelling in convoys with inf, engineers, MPs etc.
