If you see the real world, you may find yourself giving up some of your idealism and becoming more realistic.....a slide to the centre away from the left. You'll find that those who support radical left wing agendas are the parasites who never work, the privileged who've never had to work or the uneducated.

I agree with M.Ignatieff. because one has the opportunity to gain a well rounded education and work experience in other countries does not make them less Canadian. There are many Canadians who have done just that.

We don't need programs for everything and everybody. Let people travel on their own initiative.

I agree, travel and see the world. On your own dime.

I think one should get there own education in Canada, and send out resumes to companies that do overseas work. No need for handouts, i dont agree with sending the kid who spends all day on his xbox overseas on vacation.... I got an education and i work for an international company( i applied too) and to travel and work in russia and mexico has felt like one of the rewards

Working holiday visas. They allow you an extended stay and the ability to work and finance your travels. A wonderful way to see a country. I did it both in England and Australia.
