DrCaleb DrCaleb:
Budget != Economy

Yes. Budget is related to economy as you have to make up shortfalls in some areas through fiscal means. The costs here, of course, are dwarfed by damage within the economy by covert tactics.

Finally the rest of the world is aware of Canadas "contributions".

Budget is not economy. Economy is people and jobs generating revenue, budget is spending money on set items.

Your argument means when I set my yearly budget, that's my economy. It makes no sense.

Unless you think government doesn't spend money on issues other than policing that impact the economy positively, than yes, costs are related to the economy. By the way, due to Ontarios decreased credit rating, the costs to service this ponzi scheme have increased.

In Shocky's mind, policing is the reason for everything bad that's ever happened.

Well, if it hadn’t been for policing I wouldn’t have had to pay that speeding ticket!

Don't speed, and you won't get ticketed.

That probably cost them more money to issue than revenue received. Fight it in court and really make it a great investment.

As it were, these kinds of issues aren't the problem. As Ive stated from personal experience, it's the covert apparatus that operate in businesses that destroy our economy.

So Government spent $14.6bn on policing in 2014. That's like 0.9% Of the GDP. Ontario's credit declined due to its grossly over-extended credit, and due to previous Governments decision to spend money on whatever.

Read the links I provided. Government in policing are excessive. In some municipalities, 40%+ of their entire budget.

That, almost by definition, is a police state. If you think it's just office Bob driving around in uniform, you're sadly mistaken.

These costs, on top of so many other costs behind the scenes. What a racket by covert thieves.

I read there were alot of complaints about the "system" the OPP uses to bill for service, nothing about 40% of any municipalities budget being policing.

I also read the operation to rid Toronto streets of guns failed, as it would when you don't engage in community and proactive policing.

Great talk.
