Well if that just don't give you a warm fuzzy feeling, lets pull out of Iraq where we are winning and go invade a nuclear militarized country that is already on a tipping point with radicals closer than ever to getting control over nukes.

When will American Politicians learn that just flat out pissing people off is never the answer. The U.S. should have asked Pakistans permission the first time around, but they diddn't. They felt they could do anything they wanted. Now they angered Pakistan, and Pakistan has been ordered to kill any American troops that invades there country. Which is a defense strat. Nobody should allow another country in there borders without permission, in order to kill some of there citizens that are possible terrorists.

Now Obama is threatening to Invade Pakistan, very nice. If I was a President of the U.S.A. I would freaking improve my relations with pakistan, before I started fucking around and eventually leading to another enemy. A enemy that so happens to have nukes.

Canada's lefties that feel the need to plant their lips
on every wanna-be president Democrat's ass, should keep
in mind that in the U.S.A., both parties are right of centre,
one somewhat more than the other.

this is a story from Aug 2, and the Americans have already been into Pakistan.

both air strikes and ground troops.

If the Pakistani's cant keep control of their terrritory, i dont see why they
bitch and cry so loud now.

We will never win in Afghanistan if the Taliban refuge zones in Pakistan
are allowed to continue. Musharraf did a crap job with it, i think he was trying to play both sides off against each other, and just lost it all.

Maybe the new govt will do something better,

Just tossing this out there...if the Pakistani government did publicly state that the Americans could do this, you'd probably have a lot of angry Pakistanis, especially in the much more radical areas where they have little control. However, Pakistan does want to better its relations with the West, so I believe, and it is a possibility, that Pakistan did know, but they wanted the sense of outrage in case this became, and does become, public.

Soo...once the United States pulls off these attacks, the Pakistani government pull a hissy fit in public, pretending to know nothing about them. With that, all the radical Pakistanis go apeshit, the same ones who control these tribal areas and are supporting the Taliban/AQ, and since, of course, the Pakistani military has basically zero influence over the area, all the radicals run off into Afghanistan where the Americans, and the rest of NATO, can have a much easier time killing them. This helps remove the terrorists in Pakistan from targeting the Pakistani government, like with the Marriott Hotel bombing, which is the exception to the rule, just saying, as well as flushing out more AQ/Taliban fighters from areas where the Americans would have a much harder time destroying them.

Just my two cents. I honestly don't think Pakistan gives a damn about these tribal areas if they can't defend them with their own military.

It's the same Hypocrisy from the Left when Clinton had his War in Kosovo without UN approval..
