Don't all be silly.
Let Trump taunt Kimmie even further, it would bankrupt the Norks to even use a nuke.
Let them splash a few missiles near Guam, give them first blow. China would look the other way when the USA blasted Pyongyang, little Kimmie and all his nuclear and missile facilities into dust with conventional weapons.
Then offer China an opportunity to "lead" an international cleanup & rebuilding effort for N Korea.
