First... since when does a judge take into consideration what others think? If they did, I know a lot of murderers that would rot in jail for the rest of their lives.

I have an idea, although it would not have helped in this situation. Maybe we should separate all mothers from their newborns until the mother is “fully recovered” from the effects of birth.

The most ardent Pro-Choice advocate would agree that an individual who is born alive is as much as a legal person as anybody else. This judge is cracked in the skull.
