focusing your views on 3 or 4 instances in a Force of 27,000, spread across the country.======= Sadly if that was true i would agree with you... But there is 3 or 4 each month and that does not take into account the ones that the rcmp are able keep from the public or coverup with there years of experience......The protection of their members and the rcmps good name has caused a very large amount of the Canadian people to lose trust in them......... And with out the trust of people they are just another large gang trying to control the streets..... I found a stolen new burnt dodge truck out in the bush , and had to show the cops where it was because of how far back and hidden it was........ They sent a 5foot 2inch girl 110 pound girl who was maybe 22 years old....I could feel the fear , and how scared she was being out there... I did not really feel any trust in her and had to escort her both in and out for HER own safety.....

2 or 3 each month? Fire away digger, your posts are always anti-police, back them up with some foundation for a change.
I am not going to play your little game.....any person that reads the paper and stays informed on the net can find the problems very easily... I am not anti-police that is just a excuses some people use that dont want to see change in the system ....Mostly Other COPS.......

and until they do, EB, the entire RCMP gets painted.

Why ??

cause he is still there, getting his pay and pension and no problems.

We both know the police wont actually do anything, to him or a couple
hundred others down the years..

Dont tell us, tell the RCMP.

Are you referring to the spit-cop? Why is it that the only recourse we have for public officials is to fire them or force them to resign? While I'm not defending spitting on a person, that's disgusting, I am defending the notion that not every transgression is grounds for outright dismissal.

Besides, have you done any research into the number of RCMP officers found guilty of transgressing against the RCMP Act?

So no, we don't both know the police won't do anything. What I know is that you're not going to be the one to find out.

And what little game would that be? Supporting an argument with actual facts? You'd lose that one digger. No facts on your posts.

we dont need that kind of officer on the job, if they want the respect of the people they have to act like they deserve it.
