I would be surprised if there weren't dissenters questioning his leadership. I am sure that a lot of Liberals are asking themselves: What is the difference between the policies of the Conservatives and the potential policies of the Liberals. If there is a difference, it has not been made clear.

Czar Iggy was made leader by the decisions of the back street people of Bay Street, not by the members of the party.
The rush to replace Dion was more important than their own policy and constitution. The Vancouver convention has been rendered unnecessary and they plan to use that to come up with policy, but even that is fractured because many members are bitching because Vancouver "is so far away".

If they don't look to their leadership to pick the party leader, why would they look to their leadership to set policy.
My guess it will be dictated by Bay Street and Power Corp., regardless of what people want.
