Think of it this way:
No.
Think of it this way: Canuckletards are not as stupid as our Disney/NASA/Hollyweirdo-graduate neighbors down south.
People who "know" anything true in the psychopath-industrial complex keep the truth silent lest they be silenced.
Okay, I'm not discussing politics, I'm answering your question about the logistics of moving around a fully loaded WS-51200, eight-axle missile launcher that weighs out at around 110,000kg. It's not a fucking Jeep that can go just anywhere. It can only travel on improved roads and it can only cross bridges capable of supporting that much weight.
North Korea has eight of these vehicles and at least two are out of service because China isn't supplying parts for them anymore.
What I am aware of is that these vehicles frequent a road that travels east-west out of Pyongyang and that their likely storage site is under a fake village located at 39.06`18.42N by 125.54`25.34E - the highway is buried under the village at this location and lots of folks estimate that this is the base for the missile launchers.
Like I said, something this big and heavy can only go so many places.
